Joaquin ISD is committed to hiring and maintaining the highest level of instructors for our students. We offer competitive salaries and the following excellent benefits and incentives.

We support first year teachers with the guidance and expertise of an established JISD instructor.

• $30,000 Life Insurance

• $2000 Stipend for Master's Degree

• Up to $425 toward TRS-Active Care Health Insurance

• $25.00 per month for other employer-sponsored group health products for those not participating in TRS Active Care
